Overview:
The Legal Access & Advocacy Program at Pathway to Freedom Foundation provides individuals who are in legal trouble or have faced incarceration with the support they need to understand and protect their rights.
Many people struggle to navigate the justice system alone — this program bridges that gap by connecting them with qualified attorneys, legal clinics, and community advocates who can guide them toward justice and rehabilitation.

What We Do

We connect individuals with lawyers, legal professionals, and community advocates who fight for fairness and justice.
Through our Legal Education Workshops, participants learn about their rights, record sealing, and navigating the court system.
We advocate for fair treatment within the justice system and work to reduce recidivism by equipping people with knowledge and confidence.
We also provide post-incarceration resources — including guidance on clearing criminal records and understanding reentry rights — to help participants truly begin again.
