Director, Workforce Development
David Brown leads the Workforce Development Program, helping participants gain practical job skills and secure employment. With strong experience in vocational training and leadership, he builds pathways to self-sufficiency. David believes in restoring confidence through hands-on opportunity and mentorship.
**Angela Thomas**
Director, Legal Aid Program
Angela Thomas leads the Legal Aid Program, ensuring access to justice and fair representation for returning citizens. With experience in legal coordination and community outreach, she connects individuals to essential legal resources. Angela is devoted to helping families rebuild their futures with fairness and dignity.

Director, Counseling & Recovery
