Housing Support (Up to 6 Months)

Safe housing is one of the most critical factors for successful reentry. Pathway to Freedom Foundation helps provide housing support for up to six months after release when possible.

Legal challenges are one of the biggest risks during reentry. We help pay for legal support when possible and guide individuals through court-related obligations.

Basic Needs & Dignity Support

Many individuals return home with nothing. We provide essential items that restore dignity and support stability.
