Returning citizens and justice-impacted adults in Florida seeking stable employment and training. Some tracks may have age or background requirements set by partners.
How long is the program?
Most participants complete a training + placement cycle in 8–12 weeks, depending on the track and employer timelines.
Do you help with transportation or IDs?
Yes—case by case. We can assist with IDs, work boots, basic tools, and bus passes as resources allow.
